Ingredients for Saffron Fromage:
- 250 gm yogurt
- 250 gm soft cream cheese
- 110 gm icing sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- Few strands of saffron
- 10 tbsp hot milk
Directions for making Saffron Fromage:
- Mix saffron in milk until milk is yellow in color and saffron is partially dissolved. Heat gently, if required.
- Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and chill.
Variation: For Mango Fromage, add 50 gm mango pulp and 50 gm butter while blending.
