INDIAN RECIPE: Egg Omelette Masala

Ingredients for Egg Omelette Masala:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions for making Egg Omelette Masala:

  1. Beat the eggs, chopped onion, tomato and the green chillies until foamed.
  2. Add the garam masala powder, curry powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
  4. Fry for a few seconds over a medium flame.
  5. Pour the beaten egg mixture and cook on both sides till light brown in colour.
  6. Enjoy Egg Omelette Masala with bread or chapaties.
