INDIAN RECIPE: Egg Pakora (Pakoda)

Ingredients for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):

  • 2 Eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 pinch of Red Chili powder
  • a pinch of Black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste

Directions for making Egg Pakora (Pakoda):

  1. In a bowl take gram flour salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
  2. Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.
  3. Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  5. Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Enjoy hot Egg Pakora (Pakoda) with tomato or chilli sauce.
