Ingredients for Fish Korma:

  • 1 kg Fish
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander paste
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Ghee/Butter
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 2 tbsp Kewra
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Directions for making Fish Korma:

  1. Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.
  2. Add all the ingredients ,except for the green chilles and kewra into the cooking dish, mix well and heat covered in low heat and turn over the fish once.
  3. When the water has almost dried up, add green chilli and kewra heat for another half hour in low heat till oil starts seperating.
  4. Enjoy Fish Korma hot with tandoori roti or rice.
