Ingredients for Butter Paneer:
Paste ingredients (blend together)
- ½ kg onions
- ½ kg fresh tomatoes
- 20g cashew nuts
- 50g garlic
- 50g ginger
- 200g paneer
- 50g cream
- 50g butter
- Red chilli powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Directions for making Butter Paneer:
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir fry the paste ingredients until the mixture is dark brown in color.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste with salt.
