Ingredients for Cabbage in Coconut Milk:
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 5 red chillies, pounded
- 5-6 shallots, sliced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Directions for making Cabbage in Coconut Milk:
- Put shallots, chillies, turmeric, coconut milk and salt together in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Add the cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
